In partnership with Ph.Creative, I crafted a powerful tone of voice for betting giants Tipico, who wished to reflect their electric "in the moment" passion through their words whilst retaining a sense of their German heritage of "spannung". I trained their employer brand team on how to utilise the TOV and created a guide document for them. I then went on to write the copy for their careers site, which later won the "Best Careers Website"  Firm Award.
